Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Orders within Spain are normally shipped via GLS or UPS; orders to Europe are shipped via UPS; and orders to the rest of the world are shipped via TNT or FedEx.

A signature is required upon receipt of the package, so make sure someone will be there to receive it.

Delivery time

We are a small studio so TANTO prints on demand. Our print shop produces the prints once payment has been made. Therefore, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the product.

All orders are normally shipped from Madrid within 5-7 working days.

TANTO is not responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect address, vacations or incidents beyond our control.

Shipping costs

The system will automatically calculate shipping costs based on the volume, weight and destination of the products purchased.

Examples of rates:

Spain: 7€ – 14€.

European Union: 14€ – 18€.

Rest of the world: 18€ – 30€.

Please note that customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

If, for whatever reason, the customer is not satisfied with a product purchased directly from TANTO SHOP, the purchase can be exchanged or returned. However, specially manufactured items cannot be returned.

To return or exchange an item, please email us at shop@tanto.es with your order number, details of the item to be returned and the reason for your return. The customer must inform TANTO SHOP within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must be sent within 14 days. All shipping costs, duties and taxes must be paid by the sender.

All returned items must arrive unused and in their original packaging. Once the items are received, a full refund will be made – shipping costs are non-refundable – within 30 days.

Damaged Items

If any item arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify shop@tanto.es immediately. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

The customer should only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear. If the customer chooses to accept visibly damaged items, he/she must note this on the delivery form along with his/her signature. If the product is found to be affected, the customer must email us immediately, attaching photos of both the packaging and its contents. The original packaging must also be kept.

The customer must inform TANTO within 7 days of his intention to return the item. The package must be sent within 14 days.
